Purchasing through the epimenplus.com web shop is very simple: you need to follow the steps of the purchase process. After you have selected the item(s) you want to purchase, you will need to fill in your details to be registered as a customer/user, then select the payment type, check the order details and confirm the payment.
In addition to the purchase process, you can register by clicking on the “Register” option, entering your email address and password. Fill out the form with your information. For each purchase, you must log in by entering your registration information, which will call up your profile as a customer.
After you have registered, i.e. entered your username in the appropriate field, you can start shopping. Select the desired item. For more information about the selected item, click “Description”. By selecting “Add to Cart”, the item will be automatically saved to your cart, after which you can purchase it by selecting the “Buy” option or by selecting the “Continue Shopping” option, select the next item from our offer and save it to your cart.
In the shopping cart you have an overview of all the items you have selected so far, as well as the price and quantity. If you want to empty the shopping cart, check the “Delete” box next to each item on the right.
When you have finished selecting the desired items and decided to purchase them, select “Buy” in the lower part to complete the purchase. The parcel is then handed over to the post office. For your protection, the Pay Way system does not allow the payment of an amount greater than the amount confirmed in the order, nor does it allow access to your credit card number. Only the transaction number that is sent for payment or cancellation of an order that we cannot fulfill for some reason is visible to the administrators of the web store. The HT PayWay system will automatically send the necessary information about the payment process or order cancellation to your e-mail address.

Orders can be placed online at any time of the day or night, i.e. every day from 0 to 24 hours. We deliver products from our web shop exclusively to the list of countries in the drop-down menu of countries that is selected by selecting the address before the payment option. All orders received on weekdays (Monday – Friday) will be processed immediately, and the shipment will be delivered no later than 5 working days. Epimen doo uses HT PayWay systems for authorization and billing of credit and debit cards and takes care of the confidentiality and security of your data when authorizing credit and debit cards. Data security on the payment pages is ensured by using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with 128-bit data encryption. The exchange of sensitive data (e.g. card numbers) between the HT PayWay system that performs online payment and authorization centers of card houses is performed using a private network that does not have access to the Internet and is completely protected from unauthorized access, using the ISO 8583 protocol. HT completely disables access to data for which participants in the purchase process are not authorized. Employees of the Epimen doo online store are never given access to your credit or debit card number. Only the authorized transaction number is available to them. They have the authority to charge the transaction in full or in part or cancel the transaction. All prices displayed in the epimenplus.com store are expressed in EUR for the end customer. VAT is included in the price of purchased products, while delivery is calculated subsequently, during the order finalization process, depending on the customer’s geographical location.
You can simply terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement, unless you have chosen another type of delivery that is not the cheapest standard delivery that we have offered.
