Terms of Use and Customer Registration

You can use web shop services after you register as a user. By subscribing you agree to terms of sale and delivery and terms of use. You can use the web site service after you sign up as a user over the age of 18.

Buying through web shop is very simple: it is necessary to follow the steps of the purchase process. Once you have selected the item you want to purchase, follow the filling in to be registered as a buyer / user, then select the payment type, check the order details, and confirm payment.


Except through the purchase process, you can register by clicking on the “Registration” option, enter your e-mail address and password. Fill in the form with your information. For each purchase, it is necessary to register by entering the registration information, which calls your profile as a customer.

Once you have registered, i.e. entered your username in the appropriate field, you can start shopping. Choose the desired item. For more information about the selected item, click “Description”. By choosing “Add to cart” the item will be automatically saved in your shopping cart after which you can buy it by choosing “Buy” or by choosing “Continue Shopping” select the following item from our offer and save it to your cart.

In the basket you have an overview of all the items you have chosen, the price and the quantity. If you want to empty the cart, check the box next to each item on the right.

When you have completed the selection of the desired items and decided to buy them, in the lower part choose “Buy” to make the purchase. Enter the address you want us to provide you with the purchased goods.

Clicking on “Resume” is coming to make a payment. You can pay in your store with your credit or debit card via the T-Com Pay Way system or cashier (when you take over the shipment). If your payment method is selected, and the address is different from the customer’s address, the payment option is not possible.

Payment by credit or debit card

Payment via T-Com Pay Way: Select the type of credit or debit card you are paying (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or Diners) and enter the required information. When you click “BUY”, you’ll see your order information. Then select “Order Confirmation”, which means your purchase is complete. You will receive a confirmation on your e-mail address. The T-Com Pay Way system will also automatically send a confirmation to your e-mail address on the authorization of your card for the specified amount. Your card will be charged for the specified amount in the final part of your order processing, which is preceded by checking the order details and order items and issuing your account by Ubor d.o.o.. The consignment is then delivered to the post office. For your protection, the Pay Way system does not allow you to charge a larger amount than the order confirmation or view your credit card number. Web Store Administrators only see the number of transactions sent to billing or cancellation orders that we may not meet for some reason. The T-Com Pay Way system will automatically send your billing or order cancellation information to your e-mail address.

Payment by cash back (purchase) – When purchasing a shipment the buyer pays the total amount of the product at the expense of the delivery expense.

Pay by PayPal.

To be able to use PayPal you need a valid email address, a bank account or a card (Diners Club, Visa, MasterCard or American Express). PayPal is your virtual wallet that works in two ways – you can link your credit or debit card or bank account with a PayPal account or you can deposit your money directly into your PayPal account and thereby make a purchase and payment. All your financial information is stored in a safe place and is not shared with others. The benefits of PayPal are that the user does not leave their credit card number or bank account when paying for a Web Store. PayPal will also protect you from bad traders, since the money paid can only be taken over by the merchant after 30 days, in order to secure a refund for unsatisfied customers. An additional advantage of paying PayPal is that the order process does not require registration at our web shop. Just add the desired items to the cart, open the cart, and click on the PayPal icon, which will take you directly to the payment process.

Orders and Delivery

Orders can be made online at any time of day or night, i.e. every day from 0 to 24 hours. Products from our web site are delivered exclusively to the list of countries in the drop-down menu of countries that are selected by selecting the address before the payment option. We kindly ask you to enter your cell phone number when registering, so that you may contact you as needed. All orders received on working day (Monday to Friday) will be processed immediately and the shipment will be delivered within 72 hours or 3-5 business days. For orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and State Feasts, the collection of consignments will be organized the first following working day. Orders outside the Republic of Croatia are available within 5-10 business days. The shipping cost will be displayed on your order and account. With the payment option I transfer to the total amount of the account. Products that are no longer in stock: If your product is unavailable, we will contact you and arrange for you to cancel the order completely, partially cancel or wait for the product to come to the stock.

We collect data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing of personal data and the free movement of such data as well as the exclusion of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Act) and legal regulations. The company Ubor d.o.o. as well as the brand EPIMEN PLUS have been focusing on the satisfaction of their customers since its foundation. With care and responsibility, we handle the information given to us by our customers. We are committed to legitimate, honest, transparent personal data processing, and we have access to only authorized and competent persons who use them exclusively within the framework of the regulations and are responsible for protecting them.

Credit or debit card information

Ubor d.o.o. for authorization and payment of credit and debit cards is used by T-Com Pay Way and Pay Pal systems. T-Com takes care of the secrecy and security of your data when authorizing credit and debit cards. Using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with 128-bit data encryption ensures data security on payment pages. Exchange of sensitive data (e.g. card numbers) between the T-Com Pay Way system that performs online payment and authorization centers of card houses is done by using a private network that has no internet access and is completely protected against unauthorized access using the ISO 8583 protocol. T-Com completely disables access to data that participants in the purchasing process are not authorized.

They have the authority to charge the transaction in full or partial amount or cancel the transaction. All prices displayed in the store are quoted in HRK for the end customer. VAT is included in the price of purchased products, while delivery is calculated later, in the process of finalizing the order depending on the geographical location of the buyer. Return and replacement of purchased products

Unilateral termination contract instructions

You can easily terminate the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. In order to be eligible for the unilateral termination of this agreement, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the agreement unilaterally before the expiration of the deadline by sending an unquestioned statement to Ubor do.oo, Bjelevina 3, 10000 Zagreb, by e-mail at [email protected] where you will enter your name, surname, address, phone number and email address, and you can also use our enclosed one-off termination agreement.

The receipt of the form for the unilateral termination of the contract will be sent to you, without delay, by electronic mail.

  • The term of one-off termination is 14 days from the date when the goods that are the subject of this contract are handed over to you or the third person you have designated.

  • Refund of Paid Amount

If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery charges, without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your decision to terminate your contract, unless you have selected another Delivery Type which is not the cheapest standard delivery we have offered. Refunds will be made in the same way that you made your payment. In case you otherwise agree to a refund, you will not incur any costs in return.

Refunds can only be made after the goods are returned to us or after you provide proof that you have returned the goods back to us.

c) Return of goods: send the goods without unnecessary delay, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date you have sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. Address for return of goods returned:

It is considered that you have fulfilled your obligation in time if you send the goods to the specified address before the expiry of the above deadline.

  • You must pay the direct costs of returning the goods yourself
  • Customer Responsibility for the Impairment of Goods: You are responsible for any impairment of goods resulting from handling goods other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Complaint of delivered items

All the products are thoroughly inspected before delivery and delivered indoors in the correct condition. We will pack your products carefully in our delivery boxes to get undamaged products to you, exclusively in the original packaging.

The buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller after delivery if it is:

  • Delivered goods that you have not ordered,
  • Delivered goods expired, and / or
  • Delivered goods that have a faulty or visible defect.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it at your expense within seven days of receipt of the goods. The Seller will approve the refund of the goods and the cancellation of the order upon receipt of a reasoned complaint in writing which you are requested to send us by e-mail: [email protected]

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged (if the reason for the complaint is no damage to the product) with the original invoice received by the buyer with the delivered item. Otherwise, we will NOT accept the complaint. Replacement of the item may be done within seven days from the date of receipt of the product, provided the replacement article is available. We do not make a refund, but only an article replacement. The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods to the address of the web shop shop Ubor d.o.o. and the costs of delivering the replaced product to the buyer’s address. Please acknowledge the 21-day deadline for receipt of invoiced product invoices, invoices, and legitimate claims in writing to process your complaint.

Damage to the Shipment:

If you notice a damage to the item when picking up the item, please contact the delivery agent immediately and open it with the shipper. If any of the products are damaged, together with the delivery agent, make a record of damage to the shipment with your signature and delivery address. One copy of the record remains to you, and the other submitter. Please contact us regarding any damage so as to cover as soon as possible the damage.

Responsibility for material defects

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of the Mandatory Obligations Act (Official Gazette 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) on the relationship between the consumer (end-user) and the merchant in case of material defect in the product shall apply to liability material shortcomings.

The consumer is obliged to notify the seller of any visible deficiencies without delay and no later than within two months of the day when he or she has discovered the disadvantage. As a seller, we are not liable for the material disadvantage of the sold items that occur after two years from the sale of the item.

Notice to consumers about submitting written objections

In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform you that you can address your written complaint:

The receipt of your complaint will be sent to you as soon as possible and you will receive a written response to the objection received no later than 15 days after the complaint has been received.

Online dispute resolution

By special regulation of the European Union, from 15 February 2016 throughout the EU, online purchase-related disputes will be possible through the ODR platform that you can access here: the ODR dispute resolution platform. This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to substitute products etc.) you can submit your objection in a quicker and simpler way at the top link. Consumers and merchants can use the platform, and the complaint can be submitted to any of the 23 official EU languages.
